Each month, The Equus Collective offers a rich blend of learning, connection, and hands-on experiences. Dive into a guided skill or creative development session led by Equus Insight facilitators or guest experts, exploring topics like coaching skills, personal branding, gardening, wild horse walks, group hikes, yoga, and more.
Experience the power of horses during our monthly equine-assisted retreat day, where you’ll ground yourself in their wisdom—no riding required. And if you love working with your hands, our "Get Your Hands Dirty" day invites you to dig into farm projects, gardening, or creative crafts, helping you reconnect with nature, creativity, and yourself.
Coaching & Community
VIP members can access monthly private, equine-assisted, professional coaching with our team of coaches. With personalized guidance, you’ll gain the support and tools to make change feel easier, more intentional, and even enjoyable.
Community and herd members gain access to group coaching events hosted monthly, both with and without the animals.
As a community, we stand together, supporting individual and collective growth during immense change and technological evolution. You don’t have to carry the weight of the world alone. Space for Creativity
Do you ever long for a place to dig your hands into the earth, pick up a paintbrush, or bring a creative vision to life? Whether it's tending to a garden, painting, drawing, or crafting, imagine doing it alongside a community of like-minded creatives, all seeking an inspiring space to nurture their passions.
The Equus Collective is designed to bring that vision to life. Members can book time outside of events in our teaching barn for personal projects or claim a garden plot to cultivate their little piece of nature. With plenty of space, tools, and support, you can express your creativity without needing land or a dedicated studio. Think creative “co-working” space. We are always happy to show you around and give you a tour to see what idea or inspiration is unlocked by our space!

Equine Self-Care
Reconnect and focus on what truly matters as you immerse yourself in the wisdom of our equine and animal coaching herd. Guided Wild Horse Walk
Step into our backyard and witness the Virginia Range of wild horses at Washoe Lake through a guided group experience. Just a short hike from our gates, you’ll immerse yourself in the beauty of the outdoors with intention, curiosity, and a sense of wonder. Throughout, we will explore nature coaching and its wisdom.

Yoga and Horses
Experience the calming presence of horses as we explore the power of breath and movement alongside the herd. In this unique yoga experience, we’ll practice chair yoga and mindful breathing, adapting to the natural environment and allowing the horses to guide us into deep relaxation and presence.

Venture into the wilderness and gather natural materials to create a unique, handcrafted mandala. Using found objects as inspiration, you’ll engage in a mindful, creative process that encourages flow, self-expression, and inner growth—nurturing both your artistry and your connection to nature.

Not at all! Our experiences are designed for anyone, whether you're new to horses or have been around them your whole life. All activities are unmounted, meaning no riding—just connection and presence with the herd.

Yes! The Equus Collective is designed to be flexible.
We will offer tiered memberships (after our initial launch) if you can only attend one monthly event or drop-in if you aren’t ready to commit. Come to the activities that resonate with you—there’s no pressure to attend everything. Events will be open to members first, but then the public will be invited to participate for a fee.

We get it! That’s why we offer a monthly payment option that you can cancel anytime. You can try it for a month and see how it feels. If you love it, stick around. If not, no hard feelings! If you are still unsure, pay a drop-in fee to attend a single event, and your drop-in fee can be applied toward membership later that day.

You’ll spend time with our coaching herd in guided activities that help with mindfulness, self-reflection, and personal growth. Each session is different, but they all focus on connection, presence, and learning from the wisdom of the horses.

This is a hands-on, grounding experience where you can work on the farm, participate in a gardening project, or engage in a creative craft. It’s about slowing down, using your hands, and feeling connected to the land and yourself.

Members get set hours per month of access to our peaceful teaching barn for personal projects, creative work, quiet reflection, or small gatherings. It’s your space to use however you need it! Think co-working space but for creative projects, personal reflection, or just an escape from your computer.
An Equus Insight facilitator must be on site, and time blocks will be offered. Supervision is required to visit the herd during your visits, but you can always say hi from over the fence.

Yes! We understand that life changes, so you can cancel your monthly membership anytime. Annual memberships are non-refundable but come with extra perks. Each membership auto-renews at the end of the billing cycle unless you cancel before the next billing date.

Yes! If you're not ready for a membership, you can attend select events as a drop-in guest paying an event fee. Events are limited in capacity, and members will be offered registration before opening the invite to the public.

Yes! We have limited work trade spots available for those willing to help out with ranch tasks (like farm chores) in exchange for membership. We also offer two work trade spots for photographers interested in contributing their skills. Contact us to learn more!

This community space is for 18+ adults, but we will occasionally have a youth program on the property or have a family day for members to bring their kids! Join our newsletter to be informed of new offers and opportunities for kids to be involved.
